While currently helping a club rebuild from virtually nothing, we continually turn to the Toastmasters materials to lead us. For example, with only 3 members on board, when member #4 joined, we conducted a new member installation. We have a complete meeting agenda every week, as if there were 20 people in the room. The club has now grown to 7 (in 60 days) and #8 & #9 are on the near horizon. We use manuals for everything!
When officer elections come around in May, we will have officers from our new members, because they understand that leadership skills development begins at the club level. Keep using the manuals as your guide — it works every time!

As a person who enjoys helping Clubs grow in quality meetings and in helping members develop skills and confidence they once thought they could never achieve, this Club Coach Connection is a place I will visit frequently!
I have been an active member for 15+ years. I enjoy the postivie, supportive environment of Toastmasters and draw a great deal of energy from my participation with others, some who have become good friends as well.
I hope you will join our online conversations.
